I am a Technical Referent from Vukovar, Croatia, employed by a public institution. My role involves comprehensive management of the organization’s digital and audiovisual infrastructure. I oversee website operations, ensuring content is up‑to‑date, security patches are applied promptly, and performance metrics are monitored to maintain high availability. I administer a fleet of roughly 40 Windows workstations, handling hardware provisioning, software deployment, routine maintenance, and troubleshooting to keep the computing environment reliable.

In addition, I am responsible for the configuration, monitoring, and upkeep of the video‑surveillance system, guaranteeing continuous recording, secure storage, and rapid response to incidents. I install, configure, and support interactive kiosk panels, managing UI customization, network integration, and remote diagnostics to provide seamless public‑facing services. Finally, I set up and maintain presentation equipment for meetings and events, delivering on‑site technical support and training staff to ensure smooth audiovisual operations.

Technical School

I went to "Tehnička škola Nikole Tesle Vukovar" school and become "IT Technican". I learned how to set up, maintain, and troubleshoot computer hardware and networks. I gained hands‑on experience with installing operating systems, configuring user accounts, and managing software updates. The course also covered essential tools such as multimeters, cable testers, and remote‑desktop utilities, as well as best practices for data backup, security policies, and help‑desk communication. By the end of the program I could confidently diagnose hardware failures, resolve network connectivity issues, and provide reliable technical support to end users.
PHP/MSQL database developer course

This was the first PHP/MySQL database‑development course I completed. In it I learned how to build dynamic web applications using PHP for server‑side scripting and MySQL for data storage. The curriculum covered setting up a local development environment, writing clean, modular code, and designing relational databases with proper indexing and normalization. I also explored common WordPress components—custom post types, taxonomies, and the WP_Query class—gaining insight into the technologies that power the platform. Hands‑on projects included creating CRUD interfaces, implementing user authentication, and optimizing queries for performance. By the end of the course I could confidently develop, test, and maintain database‑driven websites and understand how WordPress leverages PHP and MySQL under the hood.
Windows/MS Office course

This was focused on mastering the core productivity of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook—through practical, hands‑on labs. In Excel I learned advanced functions (VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, XLOOKUP), array formulas, pivot tables, and data‑visualization techniques such as conditional formatting and dynamic charts that are rarely covered in self‑study tutorials. The course also taught efficient workflow shortcuts, macro recording with VBA, and best practices for data cleaning and model building. In Word I practiced styles, mail merge, and document collaboration; PowerPoint covered design principles, animation sequencing, and slide master usage; Outlook focused on rules, calendar management, and integration with Teams. By the end of the program I could confidently navigate Windows, create professional documents, automate repetitive tasks, and leverage the full power of the Office suite for business and personal projects.

This school was the first one I completed. There, I learned how to use a soldering iron and how to modify my first computer. I also gained hands‑on experience with basic electronics and practiced safe soldering techniques.
